A couple of things were broken which i did email the company about while we were there, including photos. The ensuite shower door had no handle on the inside, so you couldn´t shut...ver más
A couple of things were broken which i did email the company about while we were there, including photos. The ensuite shower door had no handle on the inside, so you couldn´t shut it all the wayyou would be locked in. The main bathroom shower head kept falling off as the attachment to the wall was broken. This resulted in burning one of the guests when the very hot shower head fell on her.
Spare bin bags would have been useful and more than 1 tea towel. Also 23 dishwasher tablets would have been good.
A sign at your office door would be helpful too. We arrived but did not know if we were in the correct place as there was no sign. Other people who had booked had the same problem. The door was closed with no buzzer, so we could not get in, we had to call the office and wait for someone to come down.
