Our cancelation policy is as follows:
- Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival
- 50% until the day of arrival

During your reservation you will need to provide us with your credit card information, but the payment will be made the day of your arrival.
After you make your reservation you will receive the confirmation email with all the details.
After your search, once you are happy with your selection and price, make your reservation by our website. As well, you can make your booking by calling us or by email. We will help you with your search and your booking.
Go to our home page and select your arrival and departure dates, number of bedrooms and number of guests, and then click on “Search”. On the following page, you can see the list of all available apartments and you can find the one you are interested in.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
The check out time is 12:00. If your flight is after the check out hours, you may leave your luggage in our check in office free of charge.
We offer Late Check in services, so you can arrive at the time you want, and we will be at your disposal to receive you (extra fee).
To prevent the fraud, only the person whose name is on the reservation can make the check in. But upon your arrival you can send an authorization by email, with the copy of your Passport and Passport of the person you are authorizing for check in.
The check in time is from 15:00 to 21:00 every day. A few days before your arrival, you must contact the reception to communicate your arrival time and organize your check in. Once you arrive at the destination, please contact us by pone and go directly to the apartment or meeting point previously arranged.

Yes, of course! We value your feedback and our customers reviews help us to improve our services. You can leave a review on our website, right under the apartment’s description or you can simply send us an email or review us on Tripadvisor or any other travel website.
Most of our apartments are located in historical city centre, which big part is pedestrian or you can find parking spaces but mostly you are obligated to pay for it. To avoid everyday stress you can contact us, and we can provide you with a parking place close to your apartment (extra fee).

In the contract we provide you with the contact number you can use during your stay. As well, you will have at your disposal an emergency number you can use outside of office hours.
If you break something in the apartment, just contact us, so we can repair or replace the item. Eventually we will decide if any extra charge will be incurred for the damage.
Smoking is prohibited in the apartments, only in terraces.
Our apartments do not allow pets, but we offer you the dog day-care service if you are interested (extra fee).
All our apartments are equipped with free internet (Wi-Fi) for you to use.
The apartment will be equipped with all the basic necessities, including bed linen and bath towels.
All our apartments are fully equipped with a kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, hair dryer, TV and Wi-Fi. Extra equipment such as dryer vary depending on the apartment. This information can be found in the detailed description available for every apartment.
Final cleaning, electricity and water are already included in the price.
